**BaiSheng’s Treasure Quest Terms of Use of Subscription Plan**
1. Quality Commitment At BaiSheng’s Treasure Quest /ec.packhas.com, we go to great lengths to source premium rice, striving to provide better service to our customers. We extend special invitations to our long-term selected customers, offering product discounts for one-time purchases or subscription options (“Selected Customer Subscription Plan”). Through our platform’s new orders, selected customers can enjoy a stable supply of their choice of high-quality rice.
2. Subscription Plan Availability Not all products are available for the subscription plan. If the product page indicates this plan as an option, it can be selected.
3. Subscription Fees The subscription plan is billed monthly, for up to three months. If a customer chooses the plan, they authorize our company to charge the subscription fee from the first order’s product pricing and shipping costs, and to deliver according to the delivery terms.
4. Priority Supply Orders from the subscription plan will be given priority in supply.
5. Order Generation Each month, until the subscription period is fulfilled, our system will generate the same order for the customer based on the first month’s price and shipping costs.
6. Payment Methods The subscription plan must be paid by cash transfer, Octopus card, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. The account will be charged the subscription fee in advance until the subscription period is completed. Delivery is arranged after each order is placed, subject to delivery terms. Customers are responsible for updating payment card information.
7. Post-Subscription Purchases Customers may choose to purchase according to the subscription plan after the plan period is fulfilled or terminated, but fees may be subject to change.
8. Termination Notice Customers can terminate with written notice seven business days in advance, sent via email to packhas@gmail.com. Our company must confirm to take effect and reserves the right to decide whether to accept the termination request. Orders will not enjoy priority after termination.
9. Terms Binding All subscription plan orders are subject to these terms, including pricing, payment, and delivery terms.
10. Special Circumstances Refund Policy Should inventory be affected by special circumstances, our company reserves the right to process refunds for subscription customers within 7 days. We will communicate with customers and provide necessary assistance.
