Delivery Schedule: We schedule delivery services on Wednesdays or Thursdays each week. For holidays or other special circumstances, arrangements will be communicated separately.
Free Shipping Conditions: For any single purchase over 200 HKD, a 50 HKD surcharge applies for home delivery. If the single purchase reaches 500 HKD, you can enjoy one-time free delivery service, but this benefit only applies to the same delivery address.
Order Confirmation Time: Order processing takes 1 to 2 working days for confirmation.
Our delivery coverage currently includes the main residential and commercial areas of Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories, provided there is a legal parking space within a 50-meter walking distance.
In village houses, rural, or suburban areas, we will conduct product handovers at the nearest legal parking spot.
For the following remote or restricted areas, including but not limited to Shek O, Stanley, Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay, The Peak, and Mid-Levels (partial areas) on Hong Kong Island, Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Fei Ngo Shan, Ta Kwu Ling, Ping Che, Lok Ma Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Ma Liu Shui, and Man Kam Road in the New Territories, as well as all outlying islands, including Chek Lap Kok (including the airport), Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay, we are currently unable to provide delivery services.
Delivery services to commercial buildings are conducted only during office hours.
For tenement buildings, delivery services are limited to ground floor handovers.
Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, and restaurants are limited to handovers in the ground floor lobby or main entrance.
For buildings without direct elevator access, an additional charge of 50 HKD per floor per item is required, and from the 5th floor upwards, an additional 100 HKD per floor is charged.
For orders with a purchase amount below 200 HKD, our online store is currently unable to process such orders.
If the purchase amount is between 200 HKD and 500 HKD, you have the following two options:
Option one: Pay a 50 HKD delivery fee, with delivery areas and restrictions as described above.
Option two: Arrange for self-pickup at the logistics warehouse. You can contact customer service before purchasing to learn about the self-pickup service details. When the goods arrive at the logistics warehouse, you will receive a pickup notification email, which you must bring to complete the pickup.
Elevator Failure Handling: In case of elevator failure, we will communicate with the customer to reschedule delivery or self-pickup. If the customer requests a delivery reschedule, a 50 HKD handling fee will be charged for the next order.
Delivery Day Notification: We will notify customers of the delivery arrangement via phone or email.
Severe Weather Impact: In case of severe weather conditions such as Black Rain or Typhoon signals, if we cannot deliver on schedule, we will communicate with the customer to reschedule delivery or self-pickup.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the goods during the delivery time and follow the instructions provided in the notification.
Special Circumstances Handling: We reserve the right to change delivery terms under special circumstances and will notify customers in a timely manner.
