使用條款細則

1. 接受條款 進入佰勝匯 BaiSheng’s Treasure Quest /ec.packhas.com 平台時，您確認已閱讀、理解並同意遵守下列使用條款細則。在佰勝匯平台上的任何訂單均構成客戶向本公司購買商品的要約，本公司有權獨斷接受或拒絕該要約，並視庫存而定。客戶與本公司之間的合約應於交付貨品時完成。

2. 法律聲明及隱私政策 客戶同意遵守使用佰勝匯平台時的所有限制，並仔細閱讀法律聲明及免責聲明與隱私政策，此為約束客戶與本公司的合約一部分。

3. 信息準確性 使用佰勝匯平台、註冊帳戶或下單時，客戶必須提供正確且最新的資料，對本公司提供服務尤其重要。如有任何損失或損害，本公司概不負責。

4. 「工作日」定義 「工作日」不包括星期日及公眾假期。

5. 訂單履行 本公司將盡力滿足訂單，惟視乎庫存而定。本公司有權決定是否接受任何訂單，且對拒絕理由不負疏忽責任。

6. 訂單取消 本公司有權取消客戶訂單，如：(i) 貨源短缺 (ii) 無法送貨至指定地點 (iii) 不可抗力等原因。

7. 訂單拒絕 本公司有權取消或拒絕任何訂單，且該決定為最終。對任何損失，本公司概不負責。

8. 履行方式 本公司自行決定履行方式，其決定為最終。

9. 付款條款 下達訂單即同意根據列明價格支付貨品及運費。

10-11. 帳戶註冊 註冊帳戶以使用購物服務，本公司保留拒絕或終止理由。客戶應自行保護帳戶。

12. 產品圖片及描述 所有圖片及資料僅作參考，實際可能有異。

13. 客戶資格 客戶保證已年滿18歲，有能力及權力下達訂單。

14-15. 風險與所有權 貨品風險於送達時轉移，但所有權待全額付款為止。

16. 不可抗力 不可抗力情況下，本公司毋須負責任何法律責任。

Terms and Conditions of Use for BaiSheng’s Treasure Quest /ec.packhas.com

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the BaiSheng’s Treasure Quest /ec.packhas.com platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. Any order placed on the BaiSheng’s platform constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase goods from the Company, subject to acceptance or rejection at the Company’s sole discretion based on availability.

2. Legal Disclaimers and Privacy Policy The Customer agrees to comply with all restrictions and to review the Legal Disclaimers, Disclaimers, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein and form part of the agreement between the Customer and the Company.

3. Accuracy of Information When using the BaiSheng’s platform, registering an account, or placing an order, the Customer must provide accurate and current information. The Company is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from incorrect or outdated information provided by the Customer.

4. Definition of ‘Working Day’ The term ‘Working Day’ excludes Sundays and public holidays.

5. Order Fulfillment The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill orders, subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion and shall not be liable for the inability to fulfill any order.

6. Order Cancellation The Company reserves the right to cancel the Customer’s order in the event of stock shortages, inability to deliver to the specified location, force majeure, or other circumstances.

7. Final Decision on Orders The Company’s decision to cancel or reject any order is final and binding. The Company shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result.

8. Method of Fulfillment The Company reserves the right to determine the manner of fulfillment at its sole discretion, and such determination is final.

9. Payment Terms By placing an order, the Customer agrees to pay the listed price for the goods and any applicable shipping fees.

10-11. Account Registration Registration of an account is required to use shopping services. The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate registration for any reason. The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

12. Product Images and Descriptions All pictures and information are for reference only. Actual products may vary.

13. Customer Eligibility The Customer represents and warrants being at least 18 years of age and having the full capacity and authority to place an order.

14-15. Risk and Title The risk of goods passes to the Customer upon delivery. Title to the goods remains with the Company until full payment is received.

16. Force Majeure The Company shall not be liable for any legal liability in the event of force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control.
